Safety Passport Renewal ECITB/ CCNSG

Objectives

To bring the basic knowledge of all personnel who have been previously trained on the 2-day Safety Passport course up to date following changes in legislation in Health and Safety requirements.  Reinforcing the learning from the basic course and refreshing the information already learnt, and to improve safety awareness and reduce any complacency developed since the basic course.

The course is intended to be participative and based upon discussion of areas of hazard following a brief formal introduction to changes in legislation since the previous course. This course must be completed within three months of the expiry date on the passport. On completion of this course delegates receive a new Safety Passport, which will expire after a further three years, at which point refresher training will be required in order for the passport to remain valid for a further three year period.
